You can turn the Quote Follow Up Journey On or Off for all Prospects who enter the quote stage.
1. From the Home page, select Agency Preferences, located within Helpful Links on the upper right -hand side.
2. Click on Agency Preferences
3. Use the On/Off toggle to turn the Quote Follow Up Journey On or Off. The system defaults to On. So, if you do not make updates to the Global Agency Preferences, the Quote Follow Up Journey will start on all quotes you complete for Auto, Home and Umbrella.
