How do I change my MVP account from captive to independent?

If you are transitioning to an Independent agent, here are a few steps to follow to make sure your MVP account gets updated.

 

1. On your Account Settings page, update your email address. Make sure all staff does this.

2. On your Account Settings page, make any necessary updates to your Custom Email Signature. 

3. On your Account Information page, make any necessary updates in your Organization Settings (address, agency name, etc.)

4. Reach out to support@agencymvp.com to notify us of what carriers we need to update from your list of carriers in MVP.
