Owner Day 7: Dashboard & Activity Tracking

Seven days. You did it.

You imported your leads, connected your texting and email, built your workflows, set up Lead Reengagement, aligned your team on how to work the system, established quote and pipeline standards, and set up X-dates. That is a complete Agency MVP setup, and most agencies take months to get here.

Today is not about setting anything up. Today is about opening the dashboard and seeing proof that it is all working, then setting it up as your daily management tool from here on out.

Step 1 — Open the Dashboard

  1. Log in to Agency MVP.
  2. Click the Agency MVP logo in the top left corner to go to the Agency MVP Home Page (Dashboard).

The Agency Activity section defaults to a rolling seven-day period — perfect timing to see everything your team did this week.

Step 2 — Review the Agency Activity Section

The Agency Activity section shows call, quote, and sales activity across the team for the selected time range.

If a team member is not showing up in the activity area, that means there has not been logged activity for them in that window. The dashboard does not lie. If the work happened inside MVP, it shows here.

💡 Tip: You can switch between Quote Activity, Sales Activity, and Call Activity by clicking the corresponding button near the time range selector. You can also filter by Leads, Prospects, Cross Sells, or All using the buttons to the left of the time range.

Step 3 — Review Quote Activity

Go to the Quote Activity section to confirm your team is entering quotes with premium numbers included.

If someone is working leads but not showing up in Quote Activity, premiums are likely not being entered on their quotes. Address that directly with the producer.

Step 4 — Expand the Activity Details

Scroll down to the activity grid on the dashboard.

  1. On the left side of the grid, click the + symbol next to your name or a producer's name to expand the information.
  2. This gives you a detailed breakdown of calls logged and quotes entered per producer.

💡 Tip: You can switch between Quote, Sales, and Call Activity views in this section to see the full picture of what each producer is doing.

Step 5 — Set Up Goals for Each Producer

If you have not already set goals for your team, do it today. Goals give your producers a clear daily target and give you a real benchmark to manage against.

  1. On the dashboard, click View Agency Goal Progress Details.
  2. Click Goal Settings.
  3. Set the following for each producer:
    • Daily call goals
    • Daily quote goals
    • Monthly premium goals

Once goals are set, the dashboard becomes a live performance tracker for your entire agency. You will always know exactly where each producer stands without having to ask.

Step 6 — Understand the Two Views

The dashboard has two views and they update at different speeds. Understanding the difference prevents confusion.

Agency Activity (Homepage) This is the quick current view. It defaults to the rolling seven-day period and gives you a fast read on whether the team is active and working inside the system. Open this every morning.

⚠️ Note: The Agency Activity section updates every few hours, not in real time. If something was just logged or quoted, give it a little time to appear here.

Goal Progress Details Page This is the deeper breakdown by producer. Use this to see exactly where each person stands against their call, quote, and premium goals.

💡 To view real-time quote, call, and sales progress: agency owners and account managers can go to the Goal Progress Details page. This view updates in real time and is the most accurate snapshot of current activity.

Use the Dashboard as Your Daily System Check

Going forward, open the dashboard every morning and ask three questions:

  • Are quotes being entered?
  • Are calls being logged?
  • Is my team working inside Agency MVP consistently?

If the answer to all three is yes, your system is doing exactly what it was built to do. If something looks off, the dashboard tells you where to look and what to address.
