Agency Goal Setting & Goal Progress

Track Your Call, Quote, and Sales Progress

You can easily keep track of your progress toward your Call, Quote, and Sales goals right inside Agency MVP from your Home page! These goals are set by your Agency Owner, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re working toward each day, week, and month.

Agency Owners & Account Managers
Track your agency-wide goals right from your Home page under the “Agency Goals” tab. Here, you’ll see progress bars that combine the totals from all users.

Note: Staff schedules are taken into account—if a team member has a scheduled day off in Agency MVP, their call and quote goals won’t be included for that day.

Setting Goals
 

Agency Owners or Account Managers can set daily call goals, daily quote goals, and monthly sales goals for each team member directly within their Agency MVP account.

Steps to Set Goals:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of your screen and select Goals.

    You will see the option to set Goals based on calendar month OR folio months

  2. You’ll see a list of all team members in your agency.

  3. Enter the following for each staff member:

    • Daily Call Goal

    • Daily Quote Goal

    • Monthly Sales Goal

  4. Click Save.

 

Default and Custom Schedule Settings

By default, each staff member’s hours are based on the agency’s default office hours set in your Workflow Settings.

  • To view or adjust your agency’s default hours, click Default Schedule Settings at the bottom left of the Goals page.

If a staff member has a different schedule than the default:

  1. Uncheck Use Default Schedule.

  2. Click Custom Schedule Settings.

  3. Adjust that staff member’s specific hours and click Save Schedule Settings.

Viewing Goal Progress

Want to see how your team is doing? Head to the Goal Progress tab to view each team member’s progress toward their goals.

Here, you can see how each staff member is doing as they work toward their Call, Quote, and Premium goals in real time.

By default, the time range is set to This Month.

  • To view a different range, click the Time Range dropdown and select your preferred time frame.

Once you have your desired time range selected, you can see how the agency is doing for each each as well as each individual staff member.
