Texting templates are pre-written messages that can be added to the outgoing text message box by the click of a button. If you send the same message to multiple households, we recommend using Texting Templates.
Choose Templates from the menu
Click Text Templates
Click Create New Template
Type in a Template Name and body of your text message. Then, click Create.
You can also decide if you want this to be a template just for your account (My Templates) or if you are creating this template for everyone in the agency to access (Agency Templates).
