What is Text Request?
Text request is a business text messaging service that lets you text from your office phone number directly on your computer.
How do I set up a Text Request account?
Step 1: Go to Text Request's website to create an account.
Step 2: Once you set up a Text Request account, you'll then need to register your Brand and a Campaign. The campaign is linked to a "Messaging Service" and whatever phone number you purchase needs to then be linked to that messaging service.

Step 3: Make sure API access is enabled in your text request account (https://help.textrequest.com/api-key)
How do I integrate my Text Request account with Agency MVP?
1. Agency Owner, go to Settings in the menu, then Integrations. Under the Texting Provider section, choose Text Request as the SMS Provider.
2. In another tab, go to your Text Request account Integrations page and copy the API key.
3. In MVP, you can now paste that API Key from Text Request into the Text Request API Key box and Save.
Note: If you are using only one texting number for the entire agency, be sure to type that number into the Organization Override Text Request SMS Number box.
If each team member will be using their own Text Request phone number, they will have to type it into the TextRequest SMS Number on their My Account Settings page.
