Agency MVP is a powerful tool with many different features to learn. But, before we dive into the how-to’s, you’ll need to understand the basic layout of MVP.

In this article, you’ll learn how to locate some of the important functions that you can access no matter what screen you’re on.
Header Bar
When you open MVP, you’ll see your header bar at the top of the screen. The header bar is home to a handful of features that make it easy to navigate your MVP account.
First, there’s your home page, which you can access by clicking on the MVP logo in the top left corner of your screen or by clicking the Home button. This page shows your call, quote, and sales activity.
Next are your funnels. In the top right corner, you will see the different types of lists: Leads, Prospects, & Customers. You can learn about each of these in the call view pages training.
Next, in the top right corner of your screen you will also find some important tools. In the far right corner is the search box, which you can use to locate any household in your account with just a few keystrokes.To the left of that, you will find the text message symbol, where you can access any text message conversations.
Next, you will find a + symbol, this is where you will click if you would like to add a Lead or Customer, or import any lists.
You will also see your name. If you click on this, you will see your User Menu. From here you can change your account settings, set up default quote values, access workflows or our help and support page, and more.
Support
Last, and certainly not least, is the resource center. You can open the resource center by clicking on the MVP logo in the circle located at the bottom left corner of your screen. Here, you can access your quick start checklist, as well as our helpful guides and knowledge base. You’ll also see announcements regarding new features as we release them as well as our live chat should you need to reach out directly.
