Merging your Agency MVP account w/ an another Agency MVP account
If you are buying an agency that also has an active MVP account and would like the data merged into your MVP account here are a few simple steps to follow:
- Have the agency owner whose account you are taking over send an email to support@agencymvp.com notifying us of the sale of the agency.
- Once they have have reached out, let our support team know how you would like the households from that book transferred into your account. Your options are to get all households transferred evenly amongst all active staff OR transfer all households to the agency owner's profile.
