There is a filter only the admin on the account has access to. That filter is filter by Team Member
The team members are listed in alphabetical order starting with active members, then the inactive members are listed beneath the active ones.
You also have the ability to update multiple households. For example, if you want to transfer households from an inactive team member to an active team member, you can filter by that inactive team member, then click update multiple households
Then, you can either individually select the households you want to change ownership or you can click the button that says "Select All Households"
Click Change Ownership
In the drop down, select the team member and then click the Assign households button.
