To make the best use of your Agency MVP account, it’s important to understand and verify everything on your Settings page under the Account Setup section.

Access the Account Owner Settings Page

To view your account settings page, go to the Settings page under the Account Setup section.

Verify Organization Settings

The information displayed here in your Organization Settings will be used throughout the system so it’s important to verify that everything is accurate. For example, the name of your agency will be visible to potential clients when you send them Quote Comparisons so make sure that it reads the way you want.

You’ll also want to verify your contact information (office phone number and address). Setting the time zone in your Organization Settings will impact when MVP refreshes for each day as well as the timing of your workflows to maintain TCPA compliant.

Sub-Agencies

This feature is intended to be used for a “master” agency using MVP who has a “sub-agency”, who also uses MVP, that are needing households (leads, prospects, or customers) transferred to them.

Ex: A district office with an MVP account purchasing leads for an agent with their own MVP account. The district office will then be able to disburse the leads they are purchasing for their agents directly to their agent’s MVP account.

In the Sub-Agencies section you will enter in the email of the account owner of the sub-agency you are wanting to invite to your account, then click Invite Sub-Agency.

The owner of the sub-agency will then receive an email invitation to link their account to a master account.

Once the sub-agency owner accepts the invitation and links the account, the master agency owner will receive an email confirming the acceptance to be a sub-agency under the master account.

Once the invitation has been accepted, the sub agency will appear in the Sub-Agencies section.

If you wish to remove an agency you have previously added as a "sub-agency" just click the Remove button, and your agency will unlink itself.

Custom Email Footers

Here you can choose to have an opt-out footer in automated emails (note: we already include an opt-out in the email header).

Email Subscription

You have three different email subscription options that you can opt out of to suit your needs. If the box next to an option is checked, you will receive email notifications for that type of alert.

Note: there are no notifications for these alerts directly in MVP, which means you will not be notified of these actions if the alerts are disabled.

Renewal Alerts

MVP automatically renews and, as long as this box is checked,  you will receive an email alert before renewal. As a best practice, we recommend that you leave this alert enabled.

Activation Alerts

When your staff sets up their password and completes their account activation, you will get an email letting you know it’s complete.

Performance Report

When this is enabled, you will receive an email with your staff’s call activity for the day.

Stalled Quotes

Stalled Quotes is an easy way for you to see all households that were quoted but have not been acted upon, which might require follow up (either because the policies were sold, but need to be marked in MVP as sold - or they need to be pipelined/workflowed/etc).

This number in the box indicates how many days you want to pass before you want action to be taken on a policy that has been quoted.

Ex: If you put "10" in this box, your staff has 10 days to either pipeline, assign a workflow, mark as sold, or make any update to the quote. If there is an unsold quote, not pipelined, no active workflow, and the household quote hasn't been updated in > {threshold} days, the household will appear in the Stalled Quotes page.

MVP Lead Settings

(leads purchased from MVP)

Enter any number of email addresses, separated by commas, to receive emails when you receive an MVP lead.

If nothing is entered here, it will default to the account owner. If you want the account owner + other staff to receive a notification email, enter all emails including the account owner's.

Insurance Carriers

Here you can update the list of carriers YOU have access to write through. You only want the carriers YOU have access to write through in this section.

Click Save and you will now see those carriers in the Your Quote section when you go to add a quote for a household in Agency MVP.

Claims Fall-Off Settings

Enter the number of months after a claim when your carrier typically begins reducing the surcharge for that policy type. When a claim reaches this age, Agency MVP can identify opportunities to re-quote prospects whose rates may be improving. Enter a value for Home, Auto, and Other, then click Save to apply your settings.
