You have the ability to update multiple households. For example, if you want to transfer households from an inactive team member to an active team member, you can filter by that inactive team member, then click update multiple households
You can do this on any call view pages, including API leads page.
Then, you can either individually select the households you want to change ownership or you can click the button that says "Select All Households"
Click Change Ownership
In the drop down, select the team member and then click the Assign households button.
