Understanding the Call View Pages v2

Your call views are the lists of households you work from. There is one for Leads, one for Prospects and one for Customers, and each has tabs that narrow the list. This article shows where they are, what each tab holds, and how a household moves from one stage to the next.

Before you start

Most tabs list households assigned to you. Missed Appts, and Scheduled Appts on Leads, also include households with no owner, and Internet Leads lists new leads nobody owns yet. Account owners and account managers can also look at other team members' households (see "Call View Page Filters v2").

Steps

  1. Look at the left menu. Under Pipeline you will find Leads, Prospects and Customers. Choose one.

  2. Choose a tab above the list. The tabs for each call view are:

    • Leads: All Leads, Scheduled Appts, Missed Appts, Referrals, Follow-up Date, Internet Leads, My Internet Leads.
    • Prospects: All Prospects, Awaiting Quote, Quoted, Scheduled Appts, Missed Appts, Follow-up Date.
    • Customers: All Customers, Scheduled Appts, Missed Appts, Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella, Specialty, Commercial, Follow-up Date.

  3. Internet Leads is also in the left menu, under Dashboard and Today and above Pipeline. It opens the same Internet Leads tab.

  4. On tabs that show one, read the Priority table first. These are households that you have scheduled an appointment for.

  5. To find one household quickly, click the search box at the top of the page (Search for a member…) and type at least three characters. Choose one to open their household.

  6. To move a household to another stage, open it and use the stage button in its action row. The button shows the current stage: Lead, Awaiting Quote or Reviewed Quote. Choose a different stage from the menu, then confirm the "Move to …?" message. Moving a household back reads "Move back to …?".

  7. When you have sold a policy, choose Mark as Sold on the household. This button appears once the household has at least one quote that is not yet sold, whether it is an AgencyMVP quote or another carrier's.

    What happens next

A household moves in this order: Lead, then Awaiting Quote, then Quoted, then Customer. After you confirm a stage change, the household appears under the matching call view.

A stage the household cannot move to right now is greyed out in the menu, with the reason shown under its name.

    Troubleshooting

If a household you expect is not on your list, search for it by name (step 5). Most tabs list only households assigned to you, so check the tab and ask an account owner or manager if the household has another owner.

If a stage in the menu is greyed out, read the reason printed under it. It says what is missing.
