How To Create A New Email Template In AgencyMVP
Learn how to create and use email templates within your AgencyMVP account.
Click your name at the top right and click "Text/Email Templates"
Click "Email Templates"
Click "Create Email Template"
Type in a Template Name, Email Subject, and the Body of your email. Then, click "Save".
You can also decide if you want this to be a template just for your account (My Templates) or if you are creating this template for everyone in the agency to access (Agencies Templates).
Note: If you have your Custom Email Signature filled in on your Account Settings page, it will automatically fill in to your email, so there is no need to include it in your template.
Using Email Templates
When composing a new email, you will see the option to "Insert from Template"
Select the template you want to use from the drop down, then you can either save it as a draft or send it now.
