Agency MVP allows you to compose and send emails directly from within your account. Emails sent through MVP will use the email address associated with your Agency MVP user account as the “From” address, and any replies will be sent back to that same email address.
Important Note About Sent Emails
Unless SMTP is configured in your Agency MVP account, emails sent from MVP will not appear in the “Sent” folder of your external email provider (such as Gmail or Outlook).
However, you can still view all emails sent to a household directly inside Agency MVP.
Viewing Sent Emails
To view emails sent to a household:
- Open the household’s Details page.
- Click the Emails tab.
Here, you will be able to view all:
- Workflow emails

For each email, you can view:
- When the email was sent
- Which household member received the email
- The subject line
- Which agency user sent the email
- The email type (Workflow, Quote Comparison, or Manual)
- The email status (Sent, Draft, or Failed)
To view the exact contents of an email, click View.
