For any household, you will have the option to add a referral.
From the details page, in the Household Members section, click Add Referral +
In the referral section you will need to put in basic contact information, including at least one form of contact.
Once you've done that, you can choose the Referral Type. This is for your own reference and will get placed in the Marketing Source section for the household.
*If you are getting this referral by asking them for an emergency contact and then trying to use that contact as a referral, you have the option for "Emergency Contact" as a referral type. You have this here so when you are following up, you know to use a different script than a "Standard Referral".
Once you've added in the referral you will now see them on the Referrals call view page in the Leads section.
Note: Only households created by this process will appear on the Referrals call view page.
When viewing the newly created lead, there will always be a default note that lets you know from which household they were added in as a referral.
