If a household member unsubscribes to an email sent via MVP (workflow email or Quote Comparison email) and wishes to be re-subscribed to be able to receive emails from you again, you can uncheck the Unsubscribed box.
Email Unsubscribe Notifications:
By default, you will not be notified if a household unsubscribes from your emails sent via Agency MVP (through Quote Comparison or via Workflows). However, if you would like to be notified, simply go to your My Account Settings page, and uncheck the box to turn off email unsubscribe notifications. Notifications will only go to the owner of the household.
Email Unsubscribe Report:
If a household member unsubscribes to an email sent via MVP (workflow email or Quote Comparison email), this household member can be found on our Email Unsubscribe Report.
To access your Email Unsubscribe Report, click your name at the top right and go to Reports.
Select the time range in which you wish to view which household members unsubscribed from your emails, then Download your report.
