Option to update group state from call view page
- From your call view page quick view, you can easily transition a household to a different group state
Access to Goal Progress page from Home page
- Agency Owners and Account Managers can access the Goals Progress page directly from the Home page under the Goals section to view real time goal progress for each individual staff member.
Ability to select sale date when marking as sold
- To ensure the sale date reflects correctly on Sales reports, when marking a policy as sold, you can select both an effective date and a sale date. The Sales Activity report will reflect the sale date you choose.
