Take a look at how to assign a Custom or an XDate Workflow. Remember, API workflows CANNOT be manually assigned to a household.
Once a workflow is assigned, you can view the actions that are scheduled to take place on the Workflows tab from either the call view page or the details page for the household.
Here you can edit/skip individual actions for the specific household. You will also see whether the action was completed successfully or if it was undeliverable for whatever reason (i.e invalid phone number or invalid email).
If you switch to the History tab, you can also view when a workflow was assigned, removed, halted, or resumed and by which staff member.
